Incorporated various programs including Sprinklr, NetBase, Rival lQ, and EnTribe to create a cohesive understanding of the brand. Increased conversations with audience through implementation of Sprinklr which led to engaged audiences and increased sales. Utilized NetBase to engage in in-depth social listening to analyze audience sentiment. Combined Entribe and Netbase to enhance audience perception which positively impacted audience’s perception of the brand and nurtured the audience into consistent customers. Led project management with strategy and creative teams to organize campaign efforts, the result of which was consistently hitting target deadlines. Vetted influencers in preparation for regional and global campaigns which led to larger and more engaged audiences. Engaged in daily community management checking for potential areas of concern or coordinated malicious activities.
